Delivery Information+

Paper Office provides tracked delivery on all orders to most UK addresses. Your order will be shipped using a reliable courier mostly NEXT DAY, with tracking available on most orders.

Unfortunately, the exact delivery time of the courier cannot be specified, as this may vary depending on the type of order or the route taken.

Next Day Delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes, and delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man are not guaranteed next-day service. Therefore, we advise delivery within 72 hours to these locations.

If you are to place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday before 5pm, this will begin shipping to you the following Monday. If you want to track your order, you must log into your account at the top of the page.

Returns Information+

Our standard returns policy for items bought is 14 days. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we will offer a full refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days. For orders paid by gift card, we will issue a new one to your billing address within 3-5 working days. Should you receive any goods that are faulty or not working as they should, please contact us and we will provide a full collection and replace them at no additional cost. We will endeavour to replace any goods damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered items, we will resend the correct item back out which may take up to 48 hours.
