Your order will be shipped using a reliable courier, with tracking available on most orders. Unfortunately, the exact delivery time of the courier cannot be specified, as this may vary depending on the type of order or the route taken.
Next Day Delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes. Delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man are not guaranteed next day service, therefore we advise delivery within 72 hours to these locations.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday before 5pm will begin shipping the following Monday. To track your order, simply log in to your account at the top of the page.
Our standard returns policy for items purchased is 14 days. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by valid proof of purchase, we will offer a full refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 3–5 working days. Orders paid by gift card will receive a replacement gift card to the billing address.
If any goods arrive faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately and we will arrange collection and replacement at no additional cost.
